It’s where the biggest apartment develops. It is composed of a very bright and spacious kitchen/dining room. The fully equipped kitchen is modern and with a comfortable island; the dining area is quite big, so you can accommodate several guests. The flooring is made of modern, large porcelain stoneware tiles, which blend perfectly with the wooden furnishings, which warm the environment. Thanks to the 4 big windows, plenty of light enters the room every time of the day.
On a higher level, there’s the cosy sitting room, which is also very bright thanks to the white walls that reflect the natural light getting into the house.
A hallway leads to the 3 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are spacious, and they all enjoy wonderful views over the countryside, the pool and the hilltop town standing in front of the house. All the 3 bathrooms feature a big and comfortable shower.
This big apartment may be used as a private home for the family and also as a rental unit.

Besides visiting the towns the area is perfect for biking and hiking. Last but certainly not least, there are many wineries, olive oil producers and fine restaurants that are worth a visit for a tasting or a proper meal.
The location is strategic also for connections: the property is easily accessible via paved road, while the closest airport is that of Ancona-Falconara (only 45 minutes drive away).
