Stone farmhouse Trebbia valley to the East and the West, Val Tidone is still little known, remains a quiet, traffic-free location with natural surroundings intact.
The first thing that stands out nicely when you arrive at the farmhouse are the Tower, the position over the Valley, an open horizon and infinite, the high hedge that conceals from view. And so the curiosity to visit your property increases.
Stepped through the gate, we see immediately a rustic building in the typical stone "piacentina" and exposed brick walls with antique oven and a large porch. Already imagine you spend an evening with a few volunteer who engages in making good pizzas, and conversing with friends or relatives.
We turn our gaze towards the entrance of the farmhouse and three flourishing olive trees are essential to the view.
The structure of the House, authentic local stone, has three floors, the living area with services are on the ground floor, lounge area and sleeping area on the first floor, while the turret is a room of about 20 square meters. There is also a nice porch adjacent to the kitchen and dining room overlooking the garden and the landscape.
The interiors are rustic: authentic terracotta floors, exposed beams to ceiling. Make us feel good, it wrapped in a austere atmosphere and warm, we feel a sense of peace and security, almost inclined to meditation. These country houses relax and impose involuntarily slow pace. An indigestion of well-being for those who choose to take refuge from the chaos and unhealthiness.
Triple living room on the ground floor, Windows and various openings for output to open, high ceilings and exposed beams, fireplaces, tiled floors and a toilet, are the first premise that we stepped into the entrance of our Italian farmhouse.
The kitchen deserves a chapter to itself: big space to prepare tasty dishes, marmalade, noodles etc. the convenience of a large room with window, dedicated to communicating, pantry, utility room and laundry. Adjacent to the kitchen a nice dining room with direct access to the portico, in the Center a table in solid wood and the fireplace. A staircase from the dining room facilitates direct access on the first floor, we come then to the living room with veranda and from it to the sleeping area. Linear spaces, practical, as one would expect in a country house for a bucolic life.
